In our digital world we depend on agriculture the same way as thousands years ago. And even more due to the population increase. In economically developed countries we changed agriculture dramatically, shifting from small family-operated farms to industrial production of food. And with that we have lost native sustainability of agriculture, relying on machinery, and chemicals (fertilizers and pesticides). Some modern agricultural practices brought significant concerns regarding healthy foods. After all, what we eat matters, so it may be a good idea to learn about science behind of out food.
